Personal care products
Our powders are personal care products, so for hygiene reasons we cannot take back a pouch that has been opened or used.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If a pouch arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product (an unboxing video helps). WhatsApp or call +91 81738 77469, or email brklifestyle@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer to the account you share with us.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before it ships and receive a full refund. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.
