Where we deliver
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm delivery to your area.
When your order leaves
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days from our base in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays leave on the next working day.
How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Charges
Free shipping on orders of ₹499 or more. Below that, shipping is ₹59.
Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ₹2,000, with a cash handling fee of ₹39.
Tracking
Once your order ships you receive a tracking link by SMS or email. You can also ask us for an update any time.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you, they try again. A parcel that cannot be delivered returns to us, and we contact you to arrange a resend or a refund of what you paid for the products.
